Drawing on the comprehensive Edition Peters vocal catalogue and incorporating new editions of many songs, The Art of Song provides:

• ADD4, which is a REQUIRED space, should be reserved for the City.
• The drop-down option at ADD5 is for you to select your State.
• The line listed as US County is for NY residents ONLY! If you are a non-NY resident, you will not find your county and therefore is not a required space.
• Post code should also be treated as Zip Code.
