On October 10th Christian Wolff premiered his latest trio titled Trio VIII for G.K. at 90 as part of the Café Budapest Contemporary Arts Festival. Mr. Wolff who rarely performs his own pieces played piano alongside Michael Riessler and Robyn Schulkowsky . Trio VIII was written in homage to Györy Kurtág, and is scored for piano, bass clarinet, and percussion.
